Revelation comes hours after Meghan’s waster dad also says he’s a YES – and bringing cans
In a day of drama, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Prince Harry’s day WILL attend the Royal Wedding on May 19th.
The news came only hours after Meghan Markle’s estranged dad Thomas ended months of rumours by confirming he will be joining the couple to celebrate their big day in St George’s Chapel, Windsor.
Thomas Markle said he had hesitated when he received the Royal invite requesting guests to bring their own lunch, crisps and fizzy drinks: “It’s OK, I know none of us are too flush right now. I’ve got a few trays of cans in the trunk.”
Clarence House spokesman Sir Edmund Blackadder sought to calm nerves on a day of drama:
“Of course the addition of two rather soigné guests to the top table will add a certain frisson to the day. But it will certainly help the TV ratings. And I think we can take it for granted that the Prince’s father will bring some very classy booze to the Crowdfunded celebrations.”
“There’s still time to donate.”
